SpinKick - Kickstarting Mobile Apps for Your Business!

SpinKick is a mobile app contest and bootcamp geared towards helping you kickstart your venture!

This event will provide developers, UI/UX designers, entrepreneurs, startups and select small businesses with on-the-ground technical support from experts, which we call "senseis" (look for them wearing yellow shirts with the word "sensei" on the back), from AT&T, Microsoft, Amazon, HTC and others to help you accelerate the execution of your business, rapidly kickstart a prototype mobile application and spin-off a successful venture.

6PM - Friday evening - Meet and Greet -VENUE TBD. SpinKick will kickoff with a 3 hour social that includes drinks and networking the night before the big Saturday event. During the social you will be able to pitch your app idea and form teams. We're working on locking down the venue so check back soon.

10AM - Saturday morning - Rainier Tower - App Development Contest. Join us for an all day event to rapidly develop your app. Work with the teams that you formed to produce your app. Senseis will be available throughout the entire event to help you and/or your team to code up your solution. App submissions will be accepted throughout the day with a deadline of 7PM.

10AM - Saturday morning - Rainier Tower - App Bootcamp. Not quite ready for the App Contest? No problem. You are welcome to attend a "lab and workshop-style" mini-bootcamp where you will work side-by-side with other app ninjas and senseis to build your kick-butt Mobile or M2M app.

This 5-hour bootcamp is ran by local and national app development, UI/UX and social media experts (senseis) who will guide your app development and will deliver certified app and innovation curriculum, advice and resources pertaining to the mobile and M2M eco-system.

7PM - Saturday evening - Rainier Tower - App Pitches . Promptly at 7PM, teams will begin pitching their ventures. Pitches are limited to three (3) minutes per team and Prezi.com presentations are required.
